Weigh in Day..

Today is my first weigh in with WW so I hope I did good.  I have not weighed all week and boy was that a hard habit to break.  I had to have my husband take the scales out to the shop and lock them up.    I had a good day with my eating yesterday and I am making better choices I think.   My water drinking has picked up so that is good.  I am down to one diet coke a day and going through withdrawals let me tell you.    I feel better drinking all the water though, I do not seem to get as thirsty as I was getting drinking all those diet cokes.    I did make a gallon of unsweet tea last night for my husband.  He will drink it without sugar or anything.  I can handle it with some sweet-n-low in it, but not just unsweet it is to bitter for me. 

I read some great post yesterday and I seem to have developed a following.  I have 66 followers and boy did that surprise me.  When I started this blog it was to just rant about weight loss and read other posts from people on the same mission.  It really never crossed my mind that people would be interested in what I had to say about losing weight.  Thank you all my followers and I will try and post at least 5 days a week and hopefully more when we get a better connection at home.

You're doing great Debbie! I know it's really hard cutting back on the diet sodas... I'm still struggling with that too... We're all on your side and we're going to keep cheering you on!

Todays weigh in means very little. Look at the great things you are doing, and eating, and staying under 1200 calories a day. Simple math, the weight will come off.... Nice

The caffeine withdrawal can be tough, but well done for sticking with the good old H2O :)
