Dropping those pounds..

Yesssssssss I lost 3 lbs last week when I weighed yesterday.  I was going to put a picture of my weight loss sticker, but I forgot my book and left in on the counter at home. That puts me at 262.5 lbs and gets me back closer to 260 where I was a couple of weeks ago until I went off the deep end.   At my meeting last night, I found out that I get a charm when I have attended 16 meetings.  So my goal is to lose 20 lbs by my 16th meeting.  I am also making myself a promise to not miss any meetings at all if I can help it.   I am doing this to get healthy and feel better about myself.  My hubby even offered to cook for me Wednesday night so that I do not have to worry about it.  He is so sweet.

I am enjoying the meetings and discussing different things you can use to season with.  I love beans and they told me last night to get some ham seasoning and use it instead of real ham or bacon.  I am going to look for it at Walmart today. 

I did not bring my lunch today so I am going to have to get out my eating out book from Weight Watchers and try and find something in my point range.  I am thinking about a subway or something along those lines.

Okay here is yesterdays food diary.  I think I did pretty good.


Sorry about the quality on the picture.  I also forgot my camera and had to borrow on at work and it is not as good as my camera.

Proud of you! Keep up the good work! YOu are fewer pounds than me today, but if I work real hard I can beat you next week! We'll see!

Before getting the ham seasoning that may or may not have MSG, may I suggest googling vegan bean recipes? I don't eat animals or their stuff mostly because I'm allergic to it all and I have found some awesome bean recipes that don't have the extra animal.

Awesome job Debbie! 3 pounds is fantastic! Great job on tracking your food too. I like how you take a picture of your food log, way easier than typing it in like i'm doing... I'm going to have to get on the ball with the picture thing :) Keep on kicking a**!
