On vacation 1/2 day today

I am out of here in a couple of hours for a 1/2 day of vacation.  I am going to the grocery store to stock up on veggies, fruit and other things.  I am also going by the produce stand to get a watermelon and some cantaloupes.   They are so good this time of year and really low in WW points.  I also found some low fat frozen yogurt at Kroger yesterday that has 2 points less per cup than what I have been eating.  This is my one vice that I will allow myself as long as it keeps me in my point range.  I did not have it last night, because I was already over on my points from going out to eat.  I really good have cut some points out by not eating the garlic toast, but it was there and it smell so good.   I only went over 1 point so I can live with that due to the fact that I have been under all week. 

We are going to the deer camp this weekend so this will be a challenge on my eating.  I am going to pack some watermelon and cantaloupe.  I am also going to take some lean ham and turkey for me to eat.  My husband will probably eat a hot dog or whatever they are cooking over at deer camp.  Them boys get to drinking and cooking and it will scare you.  I do like it when they make drunk chickens though they are pretty good on the grill.

As you can see I got my camera back.    Oh how does everyone like the look of my new blog design.  I am a big Avatar fan it is my favorite movie...

I really like your new design! It's nice to change it up every once in a while, maybe I'll be able to figure out how to do that eventually! You will do great with eating at deer camp, as long as you plan ahead. And make sure you drink plenty of water, too. I enjoy going with my hubby to his deer camp, we just don't get to go together too often.

Sounds like a good time! You can have whatever you want in moderation. It's also good to plan ahead to make sure you have choices that are healthy. Congrats on your weight loss last week! Keep up the good work!

OK, here is how I look at your eating in retrospect. You are allowed thirty points, three meals in theory and 3 snacks. If all things are equal, and each meal is 8 points, and snacks are 2 points each, then you would be golden. I eat a smaller breakfast, a bigger lunch, and a larger dinner. My points, if on your plan, would be 5 for breakfast, 8 for lunch and 11 for dinner, plus the snacks. That said, Sonic is not a place to eat, PERIOD. Enjoy the weekend

Big fan of the new design. Good luck with your vacation, even a bit off track is better than where you would have been
