Learning new habits...

Well it is day 6th on Weight Watchers and I am learning to use different foods and make better choices.  Thank you Alan...   I think I did really well yesterday, and I hope better today.  I did away with the potato chips today and brought fresh corn to go with my sandwich.  Okay here is my food diary for yesterday.

I think my only problem is that I did not get enough points for yesterday.   I did up my frozen yogurt to a cup last night.  I went home yesterday and went swimming for 30 min and it was wonderful.  The water is just right this time of year not to cold, but cool enough to feel good.  You would think in an 18 ft pool that it would be hard to get a lot of exercise, but I swim back and forth for 30 min non stop and it wears me out.   I then went in the house and put my supper on and got on my wii for 30 min.  I love this thing it told me that my wii fit age was 39.

I did drink a pretty good amount of water yesterday and so far this morning all I have had is water.  I will drink a diet coke for lunch though.  I am going to limit myself to one a day at lunch.

Have a nice day everyone...

You're doing great! I'm slowly working on getting back on track, and I'd really like to regularly be tracking my foods again. Starting right now, I'm going to go and write them down.

Thanks! :)

Your doing great, keep it up. My mom just started going back to WW this week. She is a lifetime member and was trying to do it on her own but has realized that she really needs the support that ww offers her.
Speaking of support thank you so much for all your encouragement and kind words
