Had a great work out on my wii last night. 45 mins worth. I like the obstacle course best it reminds me of Mario Brothers. I usually do the hoola hoops and the mushroom counting game this really works the hips and stomach. Tonight I will to the body test on the wii and then I will jump to Zumba dancing. I am trying to break my work out up and do something different every other night so I will not get bored.
Supper last night consisted of a small 6 oz rib eye on the grill with fresh steamed veggies. I like to put just a little soy sauce in them to add flavor. I fixed my yogurt cone and really enjoyed it. I use a 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt to make this and it is just enough.
Today I brought some fresh cantaloupe and blue berries for my snack this afternoon. I had a turkey sandwich on white wheat with some baked Cheetos's for lunch. Lite peaches and a diet coke.
I eat most of my lunches at my desk everyday so if anyone has any sandwich ideas send them my way. I will eat just about any kind of sandwich.
Time to go and read some posts, if I do not get to post while I am on vacation I will try and catch up when I get back.

Sounds like you are getting the exercise in and making good food choices. Hopefully you body is feeling the good choices you are making.
I think it's a great idea that you switch up your exercise. Good job!
that's the first thing I've read about exericse that actually sounded like FUN! I think I'll have to explore my WII more and see what it has to offer for exercise! I love Super Mario Brothers so anything that seems similar I'm sure will go well with me! LOL
I'm terrible at the obstacle course. My timing is terrible. I always have a good laugh when I try it though!
I found the "free step" thing the other day where you can watch another channel as the Wii-mote counts your steps for you. I think I'm in LURVE!

It's a great strategy to vary your work out methods. It keeps it interesting which in turn, keeps you motivated.
That said, I would end up getting sidetracked and playing more Mario Brothers than anything else!
looking good girl
I think I must LOOK like I'm doing cardio when I'm playing Mario Kart. I'm dancing all over the place trying to keep my little dune buggy thing from flying off a cliff....it must be quite a spectacle to watch! LOL I know it keeps my husband laughing.
