St. Paddy's 5 K

Well I did my second 5k and loved it.    I beat my time on the last one by 5 minutes, I know that is not much but I am happy.  It was a beautiful day and there was a large crowd.  I could not bring Freckles this time though, because they did not allow pets.  I am getting where I can walk a lot better, than when I first started.  I it is still hard on my knees, but even they are not hurting as much as before.    I have also solved the shoe problem for now, with the pair that my sister gave me.  No Blisters....

I lost 2 lbs this week..  Happy, Happy scales again this week.  I am losing slow, but steady so I am happy.  I am doing great on the Simply Weight loss plan,  I though having to take this many pills would bother me but they seem to be working and no side affects.  My doctor is happy with my progress and even more happy with my walking.  I would like to thank all of my blogging buddies  you guys have given me a lot of motivation.

Here are some pics from my St. Paddy's 5 K.

This is Lorie and Larami, my support team.  Larami is my niece.

Here I am bringing up the rear.  I am happy to day that I was not last this time.  There was at least 10 people behind me.
There was all kind of people there, dressed really weird getting ready for the parade.
There were over 1,200 people walking and running.  I was number 787.
Thanks for all the support and have a nice day everyone...
