Donut bloodhound..

Now I know this is a crazy title for a post, but you would have to be here.  This morning someone comes through our front door at the office.  I hear Larami our front office girl, say Oh thank you... And them I smelled them... Hot glazed, sweet, fresh and soft.    Heaven...  My mouth started watering, I could already taste one, two, three oh Hell the whole box..   I wanted to run from them,  or to them I could not decide which.  I honestly though I was beyond this, I have been doing so good with my diet.   I realize today that I will never be beyond it, I will always have a problem.  I am addicted to food, like a junkie to crack..    Once I came to this conclusion, I told myself NO! NO!   I am stronger than this, I am proud to say I did not eat not one of those donuts...  Now before you go and pat me on the back and say good going hear this.  Larami, bless her heart took them out in
the shop and gave them to the guys..    She is my niece and her and Lorie my best friend are my support group, they walk with me and help me everyday..

Food is an addiction for me and not just donuts or sweets.   I have to always be in control or I will lose it or get a fix like a junkie.    My blog followers have been like a life line for me and when I read the posts from all of you it helps.  I went on to have a healthy lunch of chop steak, green beans and unsweet tea.    I am not going to get to walk today, because I hurt my knee saturday in the 5k so I am having to take it easy so I can walk in the one this saturday...

Thanks for listening..  Have a nice day....

I'm so grateful there's no Krispy Kreme by my house.

I have to drive by a Dunkin Donuts almost every day. I never feel safe until I am past it and it is out of sight!!

I saw that they were handing out donuts during the LA Marathon last week - can you imagine? I probably would have taken one, lol - "but I'm running a marathonnnnnnn!" Good on ya for passing them up!

Way to go, Debbie! I know that wasn't easy, as I am all too familiar with those urges myself!
