Weight ups and downs

Well it is Monday here in Mississippi and I did not do so good this weekend on controlling what I ate.  I seem to gravitate toward food, like a magnet to steel.  

We went to deer camp this weekend and it was okay, my husband is a big deer hunter so that is the way we spend our weekends during the cold season.
