Wednesday April 6, 2011 Weigh-in time again..

I know I say this every week, but it seems to come around quicker and quicker.  I am not worried about the weigh-in, because I have done pretty good all week.  Today for lunch was on the go, but I went through Taco Bell and just got a couple of Mexi-melts and a diet Pepsi.  Now it has been a while since I had a Diet Pepsi and they are a long way from a Diet Coke let me tell ya.  I had to run and do a few things at lunch so drive thru was the answer.   Supper tonight is a whole different ball game and I am still working on that.  It to will have to be carry out, but I have some healthy choices I can make so we will see how it comes out. 

I went home last night and worked on my hardwood floor for my exercise room and take my advice do not try and do it yourself.  I will not do any more myself and I only have one room left to do.  I did paint myself and I am rather pleased with the way it turned out and the color.  I went with a buckskin color and it looks really good with the floor.  I did notice though that I can get up and down off of the floor a lot easier then I use to so that is a plus in my favor.   I am moving better these days and stairs do not wind me as much as they use to. 

We are going to Deer Camp this weekend so I will be able to catch up on a lot of reading of posts and see what every on has been up to.  Have a great day and here is yesterday's food journal.

Have fun at the deer camp. Hope you will post some deer meat recipes when ya can that are low calorie and serve only two. If ya have time and want something to read, check out the archives and tabs on my blog or blogs. Sit a spell, and while your there I hope you will follow.
Oh, and thanks for the bike info...I cant wait to add biking in my routine!

Sounds like a good day for you, Debbie. I wish you the best with the weigh in. I would be nervous weighing in front of everyone. I guess that is why WW didn't work for me. Back then, I would have been the largest lady there. Have a good time this week and enjoy yourself.

Good luck with the weight in, Debbie. Working on floors is difficult, so if you're noticing that you can get up and down more easiliy, you have made progress!
