Okay I have to face the scales tonight after my cruise so I can see how bad I really did. I am expecting at least a 5 lb gain, but we will have to see. I have been back on track since I got back and I hope to have taken off a couple of pounds, but we will see.
We are moving into our new building at work and I was there all day today working like a Trojan horse so to speak. I will be painting tomorrow and hope to start moving the office stuff soon. It is hard to pack up an office and get every thing set back up so you can find it. We are going to love all the space though and it will be nice to be in separate offices instead of sharing one with my boss. He is great though and funny, but I am ready for my own space.
Wish me luck tonight....

Good luck with the weigh-in, Debbie. I hope it isn't too bad.
You know I do :)
Good luck with the scales!
BTW, your pictures on the cruise looked fabulous!!
You'll be fine. And you know what - at least you're brave enough to face the scale. I know a lot of people - myself included - who wouldn't face the scale knowing that there will be a gain. Chin up & good luck!
Good luck with your weigh in. Hope you get a good surprise.
I'm hoping you'll see a big drop in the scales tonight ... more than what you were thinking. A lot of time when you put it on fast, you'll see a drop when you knuckle down again. Also, if you flew to the port of the cruise, sitting in a plane will add water weight. I'm just glad that you're back at it and had a wonderful vacation.
