Day 31 - Thank God it is Monday..

I am so glad to see Monday and work that I could jump up and down.  I have had a house full of people this weekend and I am not use to it.  It has been just me and hubby for a long time so I am having to adjust to having a baby in the house. It freaked me out last night when I heard it cry at 2:30 I thought I was dreaming.  Our house is small so we can pretty much hear what goes on.  We will adjust though and help them through this mess and get them on their feet.

I did pretty good on my eating all weekend so I hope it will show on the scales and I have done great on the no salt on day one of Suzi's challenge so far.  I am using other things like Mrs Dash and creole seasoning so it helps.  We will see how the rest of the week goes with the no salt thing.  We are having steak and shrimp tonight so the salt may get to be an issue.  I am fixing a great big salad to go with it and some grilled shrimp.  I love grilled shrimp and they are pretty low in points.  I put them on a stick and spray them with olive oil spray and put some Mrs Dash on them and they are great.

Okay I am on my lunch break so I am going to go and catch up on some posts.  Have a great day and here is yesterdays food journal.  I have my camera back it was still laying on my desk where I left it.

Have a great day, Debbie. Hang in there with the kids. I know how it is though. When my daughter and her family lived with us it was a big adjustment and the house was chaotic all the time. They are on their own now and doing well though.

Good for you for staying on plan with house guests and all. I know how any change to your routine can throw you off!

Hi Debbie! Kids under the roof is a shift in the force, or something like that; hope the shift does not jolt your good health habits. With you making salad with some grilled shrimp, I'd say your handling it well.

Have a great week!

Know what you mean about a house full of people. Good for you for staying the course in spite of the changes.

And congrats on your 60lb weight loss to date. That's just awesome.

sounds like you are doing great! It's hard when you have more people in the house than what you're used to, but it will get easier!
