Friday 11-05-10 No way to count points yesterday..

Yesterday's eating was crazy and I do not even know how to count the points for it.  You will notice a big question mark on it and I was surprised that I did not have a gain over it.  I do not know what happen and I am back on track today.   I could say it was the stress of what I have had going on at work, but I really do not know.  I did not eat a lot, but I did not eat really healthy either.  The best thing about it was the hot fudge Sunday and I can honestly say it was OMG good.   I did pretty good for breakfast that morning with my usual breakfast.  Lunch was a different story all together, because my friend Lori came over and we went to Applebee's for lunch and that is where I had the Sunday. Then hubby wants to go and eat out so we can go to Walmart for groceries, and we ended up at Taco bell. Today has been great though and back on plan as usual.   I am not going to let it get me down or worry about it, cause I did not binge or eat all day I just ate the wrong things.

It is really cold here tonight and we have been out by the fire, which was kind of nice.  I have a hot bath waiting on me and the electric blanket on the bed warming it up.  Here is yesterday's food journal and I will be back after my bath to catch up on reading some posts.  Have a great night..

Well done for regaining your focus. Sometimes I think it's good to have a day where you eat a few naughty things as long as the rest of the time it's back to the normal healthy options. You've been doing brilliantly since i've joined the world of blogging so keep up the great work! :)

Part of a day of off track eatinig will not make you fat. It does your body good to throw it a curve every now and then. Just get back on the wagon and hold on tight.

Yeah, I guess we all have those kind of days sometimes. As long as you get right back to eating healthy, you should be ok. Make sure and drink lots of water to help flush out the extra sodium that the restaurant foods have!
