Wednesday 10-13-10 Facing the scales again

I am really not looking forward to weighing in tonight.  I have not lost or gained on my scales this week.  I am sure it is just one of those weeks, but I also realize that I must get some exercise.   I will face the scales tonight though and take my medicine like a grown woman and then I will cry.   I was hoping to receive my 10% sticker and key chain tonight, but I doubt it.    This picture is what I am expecting tonight.  Shame on me...

The good news is that I went home and walked my driveway again 3 times yesterday.  The weather is so pretty right now, but we need rain so bad.  I also got on my wii again last night so 2 nights in a row.  Maybe if I do not show a lost this week I will next week with all the exercise that I am getting in.  I had one other week that I stayed the same and I was okay with it.  You have to take the ups and downs with dieting in stride and stay on course.

I brought leftovers for my lunch today so I am having fish again.  I had a 5 point breakfast this morning and with lunch today I will still have 13 points left for Supper.  I think hubby is going after Chinese so I will need it.

Here is yesterday's food journal and I will post my weigh in tomorrow.  Wish me luck..

It can be so frustrating to go into weigh in wondering if you're gonna lose. I love the weeks where I'm 100% sure I've lost. I was sure I hadn't lost any when I weighed in on Monday but I ended up losing that .8 lbs. So hopefully you'll have similar results! Good luck!!

I think on weeks that the scale isn't rewarding you just have to look at all the things you do right and concentrate on those victories.

I hope you have a pleasant surprise tonight. The weight will come off, sometimes it's just a little stubborn.

I hope the scale shows a loss, but remember no matter what the scale says, you are accomplishing something big every time you make a healthy choice. Every. Single. Time. Keep going..

I remember my best WW meeting. I went into the meeting KNOWING I had gained. I wanted to use my pass, but decided to just step up and see. Would you believe I had lost TWO POUNDS! You never know.

Alright...I'm ready to hear how the weigh went! Also, one thing that really helps me is to remember that if I quit because I don't lose weight , I will be forfeiting the chance that I will see weight loss and increasing the chance that I will see gain.
