Monday 10-11-10 - Exercise and more exercise...

I have made up my mind to get more exercise this week and I started just a few minutes ago.  My boss owns some storage units and usually I let someone else do the walk inspection everyday, but today I did it.  It is not a fast walk because you have to carry a clip board and check all the units and make notes, but it is walking.  The afternoon when I get home I am going to walk on my treadmill first thing then cook supper.  After supper I am going to get on my wii and try and do at least 30 minutes if I can.  Then I will still have to clean my kitchen and do some laundry and take a bath.. Whew makes me tired even thinking about it, but I have got to start getting more exercise in my weekly schedule and I am going to just have to make myself do this.

Hubby went back to work today and I am so glad.  Now maybe I can get my life back on some sort of schedule.  I was also afraid he was liking it a little to much.  He was sleeping late and watching TV all day.. Poor baby... lol.

Sounds like you've got a plan. Now stick to it. Good news on hubby. Sounds like the TV will be on less.

It's so easy to slip into not so great habits like watching too much tv. I bet you husband will feel much better with the structure of being back to work. Great job on the exercise too...don't forget that all the housework counts.
