Treadmill Saga....

Alright everyone I have found a better and newer used treadmill.  I am going to look at it tomorrow and hopefully purchase it.  I am so ready to start my walking back so I can get ready for my next 5k in Sept.   Thanks everyone for all the comments about my fight with the treadmill.  It is funny now, but it was not when I hit that wall.   I would rather walk outside, but that is not a reality where I live.   I am going to get the wii walk out program and use it also.    I love walking and really enjoy walking in the winter time when we are at Deer Camp.   Our deer camp is in Port Gibson, MS and for those of you who have never heard of it.  During the Civil War the Yankees said it was to beautiful to burn.    Very quaint small town and until deer season very quite.  Now during deer season 10 to 15 thousand deer hunters arrive and it becomes a very busy little town.

Food choices are becoming easier for me, and I have purchased several different kinds of fish this week.  I am experimenting with fish recipes and have found several that we like.  All of them are on the grill or baked so they are really low in points.  I will post some of them and hopefully take pictures and post them.

Okay here is my food journal from yesterday and I had fixed leftovers for my lunch, but walked right out the door and forgot them.  Quick trip to Walmart at lunch to get fruit and something I can have in my point range.   Have a great day..

Pleae do share your fish experimenting results. I am a fish-aholic on top of other addictions and am always game for a new recipe or technique.

I'm glad you found a great alternative and I hope you don't have another crazy episode with this new one. Keep up the good work!
