Friday 08-27-10 & Bagel problem solved..

Lordy, Lordy thank god it is Friday..  I am ready for the weekend and some time off.  We are headed to deer camp this weekend  to do some work and get ready for hunting season.  I am going to be cleaning and working in the yard so I should get a whole bunch of exercise. lol

Okay, I have solved the issue with my bagels.  I went to the grocery store last night and found a bagel thin that only has 1 point per bagel.  They are thin and with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese perfect for breakfast.  I had made up my mind when I used the last regular bagel to give them up.  Allan you were right they are way to high in points, but the bagel thins are perfect and I can eat them driving.   So I found a way to cut out 4 points when I want a bagel.  I am going to have to learn to start cutting points, because the more weight I lose the fewer points I have.

Well I am short on time today, I hope everyone has a great weekend and stays on a healthy course..

I really like the bagel thins. Get the wheat ones, more fiber! And, they are good for sandwiches. Enjoy! Ans keep up the good work

Sandwich thins are also good. Make sure you get whole grain if you can find them, of course. Half of one with Jif natural peanut butter (and of course a pepsi to get my daily HFCS/Caffeine) is my normal breakfast.

I use the weight watchers bagels or sandwich thins. Hit's the spot without costing me a lot of points! Your doing great, have a good weekend.
