I had a great weekend and an active weekend. My hubby and I went and picked up some more of our hardwood floor to finish our extra bedroom and rode up to Yazoo City, MS to see the tornado damage. It was horrible it tore a path a mile wide and 60 miles long across our Delta area. We had a really great time though, I took all our drinks and some snacks with us so that I would stay on track. We ate lunch at Shoney's which was a trick picking out something that was on my I can have list. So I just got soup and salad and I think I did okay. We ended up in Louisiana getting lottery tickets and came back by the outlet mall so I could pickup a couple of things that I needed. It was just fun riding and talking about nothing, overall just a good day with the hubby.
We got back home and my cousin from Neshoba County, MS was at my mothers and her and her husband came over for a little while. We had been invited to a party later on that night so they did not get to visit long. Tammy and I pretty much grew up together and when I live in Neshoba County we ran around together. I really enjoyed them coming by and I am planning on asking them to come and spend the night one night and cookout for them. She drives a school bus people, can you believe that. I could not stand that many kids at one time. She must have the patience of a saint, or like kids. Maybe both huh. Well my hat is off to her anyway. Oh yea and if you read this cuz.. I love ya..
Saturday night we went to a cookout at some friends of ours and it was great. The best thing was it was easy to stay within my points. They grilled pork chops, and she made a salad bar so everyone could fix their own salad. She had fresh corn in the crock pot and bake potatoes. It was great.
Sunday I got up and went to the grocery store and cleaned house and came back and spent 1 hour in my pool swimming. I would swim for 15 min and lay out for 10 this was so relaxing and exilarating. Alright enough rambling on about my weekend, lets hope the scales tell the tale this week.
Here is my food dairy for Friday, Sat, and Sunday. I am also putting a picture of the fish I cooked last night for supper on the grill. I sprayed tin foil with olive oil spray and put salt, pepper and lemon pepper on the catfish and wrapped each piece in tin foil and put it on the grill. It was great.
Here is a picture of my supper last night. It was great and the fish was yummy.
Sorry for the long post today. I need to get a internet connection at home.

I've never had deer meat. How do you prepare it? Is it tender? It's nice to see you having fun with your hubby!
Your food diaries look like you are 100% on plan for WW. And your fish looks really good, I love catfish on the grill. Yazoo City....isn't that where the late, great Jerry Clower was from?? When I was a kid, we traveled alot and my mom & dad always had his cassettes playing...so funny!!
Oh my God. I think I want to move in with you so you can feed me. I'm salivating over your food. :)
Excellent work. The fish looks delish!
