Work out problems continue

I am really frustrated with my new Active work out for the wii.  I went home yesterday and did my wii fit plus body test and went on to the Active work out.  The wii fit plus is wonderful and I love it.  I would not recommend the Active workout though.  It does not register your moves right and I am still having problems keeping the leg strap on that holds the nunchuk.  The #@%( thing would not stay up last night.   When I did get it to stay up and started to exercise the program does not count your moves right.  I was doing the cross country course and it told me to do leg lunges and I would and I like to never got it to count right.  I am back on the wii fit plus, and there I will stay.

Okay enough moaning and bitching for one day..   Last nights menu consisted of a Pork tenderloin wrapped with one piece of bacon cooked on the grill and grilled veggies.   At least this was the plan until the bottom fell out with rain.  I brought the meat in the house and sliced it thin and sprayed a pan with olive oil spray.  I cut up some bell peppers and onions and sauteed my meat and veggies together.  It was wonderful.   Oh and lets not forget the yogurt cone later on that evening.  Got to have my fix you know.    If you wonder why I never mention breakfast its because I always eat the same thing every morning.  Two small waffles with a tablespoon of peanut butter.  I am not a breakfast person.

Lunch today was take out from Chick-fil-a, but I tried to stay within my 900 calorie range for lunch.   I use most of my calories for lunch and supper.  So here is a picture of my lunch.   Have a nice day...

Chicken salad on whole wheat and a small cole slaw.  Oh and lets not forget the diet coke shall we.

I am so happy to read your Wii reviews. Now, I know what works and what doesn't. If lightening strikes and I can afford one, one day, I know what to buy and what to skip. :D

That sandwich looks yummy. Lunchtime approaches and my tummy is beginning to rumble a little. lol

I see that you have been redecorating. I like the new look.

I'm glad the Wii Fit Plus works for you, even though the active work out doesn't. If only I could get the same health benefits when I play my Xbox!

We don't have Chick-fil-a where I live. That looks pretty good. I'm so impressed with your drive to get fit! You're doing great.

I have found with EA sports you really need to have the leg strap as high as possible on your thigh for the reps to count. I have big thighs so I hardly have it even threaded but the velcro holds once it is in place. In the beginning it took some time for me to figure all that out. Hang in there

I swear by my Wii Fit Plus. I just love it. Thanks for letting me know about the Active though. My first reward when I lose the first 10 lbs is a new Wii game (fitness related of course) and that is one that I will check off of my list. I'm thinking about the Walking one.Today I played 3 games on "Just Dance" with my daughter and that was a workout in itself.

Which games do you like on wii fit plus? I love the bird one best and the hula hoops!

You're doing great. And thanks for the review on the Active workout. I have Wii Fit and love it and will probably stick to that.
