I bet that's the same for you too. What I'd say is make sure you eat a proper meal at mealtimes and incorporate appropriate snacks if you are actually hungry. If you are just snacking but not eating anything substantial you might be eating too many carbs which can set you up for cravings.<br /><br />I bet if you logged your food and exercise, you probably aren't doing as badly as you think. Get on the scale tomorrow morning for accountability and go forward from there.
