I know their scales are the only ones that count, but years ago when I went to WW, I weighed immediately before I walked out the door to go to the meeting, then immediately when I got back home, just to see how far off my scales were. Then it gave me a better idea of whether I had gained or lost for the week. In other words, I had a little time to correct the damage before the night of weigh-in at WW.<br /><br />I have a friend who is affected by the fluid retention of watermelon. I never had frozen fish until I moved to Chicago - I grew up on the East Coast and my dad would go out on a boat with his buddies and catch huge striped bass. All fruit still has calories and natural sugars that eventually will add up. Like everything on WW, you must take in moderation!
