It seems like forever since I have felt good enough to do any kind of exercise. First I had a cold and then it turned into the flu and finally it is clearing up. I am stall coughing really bad, but it is also getting better every day. I went swimming on my lunch hour today and it felt great to be back in the saddle so to speak again. I am going to walk tomorrow for 30 min on my lunch hour and try and do something everyday to get moving.
I did not have such a good weigh in last Thursday I only lost .2 lbs for the week. I did not keep up with it like I should have being sick and all. Now I know that is no excuse, but it is what happened. I am tracking better this week and will post yesterday's menu. I am setting my first goal at losing 10 lbs by the end of February. I am in no hurry and think this may help me to set small goals that I can reach. I am going to work toward being at my goal next year and then I would like to be a Weight Watchers leader. I think it would be so cool to motivate people to lose weight and some of the leaders I have been through could use some motivation.
