Sunday 11-05-10 Walking and more walking...

I got up with all kinds of energy this morning and went to the grocery store and came back and went for a 3 mile walk.  I am hoping to have at least a 3 lb loss this week so I can get my 60 lbs by Christmas.  I have done really great on my eating the last few days so it should pay off on Wednesday.  The weather is a little chilly, but it was great when I got warmed up.  I need to invest in some sweat pants or something warm to walk in besides jeans. 

I have gotten most of my Christmas shopping done and I only like a few things.  I took the earrings back that I had gotten my mother and got her a white watch and some socks that she wanted to wear with her boots.  I thought I would get in a quick post before I pack up the lap top and go home for the week. 

I am really liking the new Weight Watchers program and all the fruits and veggies being zero points.  I picked up all kinds of fruits at Walmart today so I would have a good choice for next week.  I also picked up several different kinds of Turkey.  I decided we were going to try some ground turkey in our tacos this week and I brought some thin sliced turkey breast for work.  I thought I could grilled them and make me a salad one day for work. 

Okay I have to pack up to go home..  Here is yesterdays food journal and I also took a picture of both sides of the journal so you could see the new journal.  Have a great Sunday...

Hi Debbie, I found your blog via a link from Spunky Suzi. Just wanted to stop by and say how much I like it. LOVE the journal photos. I'm on WW too, so it's interesting to see what is working for other people. Congrats on your success to date. I've bookmarked and will visit regularly.
